Jude trained as a ladies hairdresser in London's West End, having had a flare for hairdressing from a young age. Training at Alan International Hair School, in Hammersmith, she then went on to work in some famous salons on the Kings Road & Knightsbridge London, as a junior stylist.
Since then Jude has had her own businesses in ladies hairdressing and then seeing a niche within the naval base, started Mop Docs barbers in 1997.
Although Jude enjoys all aspects of hairdressing, her strengths lie mainly in her cutting skills and her easy going manner, putting everyone at their ease.
Jude is also a singer songwriter and produced an album of her songs in 2002. This is also sold in her shop or can be downloaded from itunes or amazon.

Amanda works as a barber at Mop Docs, mainly on Thursdays. She has been with us since sept 2006 and has 20 years experience in barbering.
Great topics of conversation would be: Yachting, as her and her husband are keen sailors and have a yacht. Horses, as she has recently acquired one, and if these don't work try..... 'shopping'.
